Booking and Cancellation Policy * Booking Process • After we have received your form, an FCF staff will contact you to finalize the details. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once you are officially booked. • FCF will send an invoice with expected participant numbers before your visit. We accept cash, cheque and e-transfers. • Individual receipts can be provided (upon request) for submission to financial programs. (i.e. Passport, SSAH) Cancellation Policy- All visits cancelled less than 48hrs prior to your scheduled time will be charged a cancellation fee. A “no show” with no communication will also be charged this fee. The cancellation fee is 50% of your total visit cost. (Exceptions will be granted on a case to case basis, please call or email to discuss your individual situation.)
